- Ovie AlbertAbril 30, 2015A pretty nice airport. Free WiFi and exceptional service from the airport staff. Toronto Pearson International Airport is easily the best airport I've ever been privileged to go to!
- The international terminal upgrades are commencing nicely. Not sure the food kiosks are still a good thing or not. High top tables and such seats are uncomfortable. It’s a clean well oiled airport!
- RaniaAgosto 31, 2022In customs there’s a separate line for US & green card holders that’s sort of hidden past the long lines of other travelers. Worth asking for it after security check
- Love traveling back to states from Toronto. The iPod stations are awesome, food good and staff excellent. One of the best spots to relax while waiting.
- Come early if you’re headed into the US, and if you want coffee, there are Tim Hortons in the deeper gates, everyone crowds at the first Timmy’s they see
- Mark BJunho 21, 2016Large airport and very nice. Air Canada's gate staff and check in process is disorganized. Attendants are pretty good but no one seems to have any answers. They just kick the can down the road.
- For US transborder, there's now a NEXUS security line on the back side of the AC check-in counters.
- Heather TaylorSetembro 30, 2012For all those people that park on the side of the road or endlessly drive in a circle waiting to pick up in arrivals - just follow the signs for CELL PHONE PARKING. It is free parking while you wait.
- This has to be one of the best int'l terminals that I've ever visited. Clean Customs, food choices, free Wi-Fi, the top it off with a fitness center.
- Airport Staff smoking cigarets and throwing it on the ground is disgusting! Recycling beans are just fake-garbage goes into one bag inside! 😡
- Will St MartinOutubro 27, 2015Great airport, very well laid out and very modern, friendly staff. Great duty free area with plenty to chose from.
- Jake RedmanSetembro 11, 2015The American Airlines Admirals Club is a more immediate right after security than you might think. The entrance is almost IN security.
- Andrew ManwaringAbril 14, 2015Be sure to have the right money for the shuttle bus to the metro or they won't let you on. I know, easier said than done when you've only just arrived in the country!
- If you travel to the US regularly, grab a bunch of extra declaration forms, and save time on your next trip by filling one out at home beforehand.
- Kevin FooteMaio 7, 2013Getting free wi-fi to connect can be tricky. If you cycle you wifi on and off before connecting to the airport wifi, it will go much more smoothly.
- Damian BayonaMaio 23, 2015Free and fast wifi. There is a salad and juice bar in terminal 3 near the entrance to Gates B that is great to boost your PH and GET YOUR GREEN ON before a flight
- Brandon LooSetembro 16, 2014Nexus card holders will breeze through security, both incoming and departing. Be sure to have it out and handy for the CBP agent at the end, else they'll get annoyed and may see it as a violation.
- Conor ManganMarço 26, 2015Booster juice is really good in t1. And reasonable. Good for filling the stomach without having to get a meal, just add protein.
- Tsukino SanperFevereiro 15, 2017El servicio en general es bueno, lo raro es lo de las bolsas del duty free que te llegan después y tienes que esperando. Fue algo molesto estar a punto de abordar y tener que esperar por una bolsa.
- Ricarda Christina HollwegAbril 13, 2016Awesome: At the gate each passenger can use an iPad and order food from it. But food consumption is not obligatory.
- Deborah Lynn Rumble-Dani BA 1995Abril 29, 2013The continental breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. There was no loss of luggage and the flight was quite relaxing and peaceful with no complaints.
- Need headphones? The guys at the iStore actually know what they're talking about. Very solid technical knowledge of acoustics. I was surprised and impressed.
- Super boring airport. Very clean though which is always a plus. No Ubers at arrivals so take the Union-Pearson train to the first stop (about $5) and get an uber from there.
- If you are in terminal one and have some time to kill before your flight, stop at Apropos for some snacks and charge your electronics. They have an ipad and charging station at every seat.
- Biases aside. This is a really well thought out airport of all of the airports in NA. Thanks Toronto! 🛬
- Chelsea RoseAbril 28, 2018This place is HUGE; thank god for the trams. Expect to wait a *long* time in customs, so wear comfortable shoes and arrive *early*
- Alberto NgaiNovembro 17, 2011nice airport w free internet & nice food court. If you are going to the US, prepare yourself by checking in early you will go through security first before going to the gates..
- Fernanda BernalSetembro 7, 2015Mi aeropuerto favorito hasta ahora!! Wifi gratis con buena calidad que mas se puede pedir!?
- If you flight gets canceled, return your duty free bottles to the Duty Free Shop (it's open all night) otherwise with your bags already checked you will be donating them to security .
- Leon OeMaio 7, 2017I arrived at YYZ and got through immigration and customs within under 5 minutes (non-US/Canadian). Both staff was very friendly. However, it took very long until my bag was delivered
- Erwin VanheckeAbril 26, 2019From 1984 until 1996 it was known as Lester B. Pearson International Airport, in honor of the fourteenth Prime Minister of Canada and recipient of the 1957 Nobel Peace Prize.
- Great organic food stand by gate D21. Warning though: spendy! But you probably guessed that already ;)
- Brittany JessicaNovembro 2, 2014Plenty of food and shops once through security. Security line ups are hit or miss but the bag drop off and check in can sometimes be crazy so definitely leave early.
- Francisca VásquezMaio 1, 2013Even if they have Internet is not very easy to get the signal when you are outside immigration... Nice airport though!!!! Easy to get into the city (Rocket 192 leave you at Kipling subway station)
- James TJulho 18, 2019If you have NEXUS or Global Entry, just follow the signs. Some people may direct you the wrong way. Follow the signs.
- Free wifi available. If you have to get to gates B1 or B2 in terminal 3, leave yourself LOTS of time to get across the very long hallway to that area of the terminal.
- Terminal 1, Playstation VR set near the F63-ish gates. You get to play cool ps4 games a lot of time if it's not very busy!
- YashaOutubro 18, 2016Very good wifi. Make sure to open safari for terms and conditions check after connecting to wifi for better connectivity.
- Don't bother waiting in front of the doors for your party. Grab a seat, hook up to some free wifi and text your group where you are sitting. It can take up to 45 mins to clear customs and get bags.
- If you need a quick workout before getting on your flight, checkout the gym at this airport. Lockers, showers and a free towel !
- Lani LoveJunho 30, 2013Like the free wifi & plentiful outlets. Dislike the lack of food & beverage options in the American/WestJet gate. It's really sad, especially since you can see the Tim Hortons on the other side
- ConnorSetembro 30, 2015Getting through security for an international flight goes from being atrocious (1 1/2 hour wait) to 0 wait depending on the day. Make sure to give yourself time.
- Ken VanhoeckeMarço 1, 2020This is a mall and hotel plus huge garage in one it’s a whole city within a city!
- Like every other big airports, busy most of the time, flawless some of the time. Priority security clearance really helps!
- SaraSetembro 11, 2014Customs was v.Unusual process. 3 steps to get thru customs seems simple, but it was a mess & unorganized! US & CAN: make sure u scan passport in machine ahead of time or wait 2hrs in non-citizen line
- Delta bag check is only CAD30(USD22)/bag. There is a bag portal machine where you can drop your bags. Need to scan your boarding pass + within weight limits for your bags to pass thru!
- Take a photo of 'esteemed' Toronto Mayor Rob Ford greeting travelers on one of his chirpier photos in happier days - just after you exit Customs.
