Get their signature minca sio ramen. It’s pork & chicken broth with salt & roasted garlic sauce. They recommend thick or thin wheat noodles with this particular broth.
If you want some heat, get the spicy miso ramen (chicken paitan). Try their katsu sando & gyoza too!
The broth is rich & the noodles are chewy. Choose between Kome miso (Hokkaido style-standard), Mame miso (Nagoya style- dark, red, bitter) & Shiro miso (Kyoto style- white, less salty, mildly sweet).
They have super cute interior seating! They have Jenga & books, too. Bathroom is clean!
