Center for the Arts Jackson HoleAgosto 29, 2014Our patrons enjoy eating dinner at Trio before attending shows in the Center theater (it's within close walking distance - only a block away). The waffle fries with blue cheese fondue are to die for!

The lamb shank was also tasty as was the lobster gnocchi and the oven roasted s'more . SPFevereiro 3, 2012don't believe the other reviewers. Waffle fries are soggy and tasteless. Cheese fondue for waffle fries tasted like mashed potatoes. It just didn't go together. Spinach side dish was super salty.
