Get the wet burrito with salsa verde (the red sauce isn't particularly remarkable). With melted cheese & avacado on top, you'll be having one of (if not *the*) best burritos in SF.
if you're waiting for somebody, wait upstairs in the rotunda, on the top floor. it's lovely up there.
Don't discount the thin-crust pizza; it's surpisingly good. also, order to go to avoid their unfriendly reservation & seating policies.

Adorable and clean, with an interesting Jewish-Mediterranean menu, but service can be quite slow. Order at the counter. Bagels are bread in disguise.
