- The review from Sandi is WAY off! The chicken is moist and crispy and it reminds me of my Grandmothers. The food is always outstanding. One of my favorite southern cooking restaurants.

I love the fried pork chops and the mashed potatoes with gravy. It was sensory overload with so much great looking food to choose from.- My hearty home cooked food place. I love the down home feel and the food is awesome.

Always check for daily specials. Get fresh onion and tomatoes for free- Every day is a different menu, but the food is always good!! The line may look long but moves quickly!
Different menu daily. Always good, always tastes like Mamas. Kids love it. Great lunch people watching- cops, construction workers, business folks, retirees, all eating at redcheck tablecothed tables.
Their breakfast is a tremendous value- a ton of food for a little money. It's classic southern breakfast, and absolutely delicious!- Great food, great prices and always good service.

Try the hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and hot sausage..
