Mentaiko fries. If u order this popular appetiser, note that ur burger orders also come w fries as sides. Change to salad unless u wanna wipe up ur excess creamy salmon-pink aioli sauce :-)

Cheese Burger with thick and flavourful minced beef patty with melted cheese and nice fries topped with that special Mentaiko Aioli Sauce. I'm missing this hearty meal.

First time having mentaiko fries and it did meet up to my expectation. Had the monthly set special for $25 for a soup, main (duck confit) and drinks. Not bad! 2 pax lunch at $67! We had a lot of food!

Mentaiko mayo dip. If your order alrdy comes with fries, instead of ordering a $9 Mentaiko fries appetiser, you can just order their $2 dip to go with your fries ;-)

Churros. If u r used to the Spanish standard for this fried dough snack, u will find Grub's version a tad too dense (not light & crunchy), even though it's freshly fried & served

Burgers. Enjoyed cheeseburgers & fish burger (pictured). Pork steak burger wasn't quite satisfying (even w a pineapple slice) - although waiting staff said it's popular

The Slow Cooked Pork Belly implies something braised and stew-like, so the pieces of pork that came panfried crispy was a surprise. Definitely tasty! Portion size was small, though.

Loved my yummy mushroom cream sauce pasta. Chicken burger not bad. Fish & chips were average. Good service. Beware of mosquitoes when seated outside. U can ask for repellent from staff. #ThomtoriEats

Great for people who enjoy walking around the park for an hour and a half before getting a seat. Don't forget to check out the cool reservation system and the inevitable cancellation page!

Great atmosphere dining in a park. Not overly crowded on a wed nite. Ebi n mushroom pastas were ok. Service was fast n friendly. Enjoyed the experience. Would return to try the burgers.

The cheese burger & slow roasted pork belly is good! The mash potato that came with the pork belly is especially awesome (I'm a mash potato fan). Food was served within 15mins so I guess come early!

excellent churros & mentaiko fries. gr8 4 grp meals but my portobello burger took forever. service was attentive & atmosphere was busy w/o seeming overwhelming. pork belly & sweet potato mash was ace

Dining in the park at this hidden cafe. Nice food here facing garden and romantic bridges. This cafe sells a variety of cakes too.

Love the fuss free online reservation system (chope). It even give me an automated call an hour before my reservation to remind me. Staff were also helpful when we ask for hot water to warm baby food.

Reservations made in advance. No issues with the service here. Very different from the other inputs. Had the pulled beef burger and lemon lime drink. Food was prompt and servers were very on the ball!

Hi Laura L, due to the long wkend, suppliers are closed and we aren't able to stock up as much as we would like to due to limited storage, thus 2/12 items (chili and mussels) were OOS during brunch.

I really enjoyed the cheeseburger. They could have been more generous with the chocolate sauce for the churros though. Service was a bit slow even though they weren't that busy.

I have been here a few times. I like the beer and slow cook pork belly. However today I couldn't find the pork belly on the menu. Maybe they took it out as I've not been here for quite sometime.

The Sakura ebi linguine was decent. Fish burger was slightly dry but had great presentation . Will come back again if I have the chance.

If u r being seated outdoor, note that the right side (as u face the entrance) is warmer. The air-con compressors r sited on that end

The menu is more creative than the usual cafe food. The burgers are pretty good. But the churro sundae was mediocre (churros tasted a bit odd and the ice cream wasn't very high quality)

It has a fancy name but essentially its aglio-olio with prawn and hae-bee ( dried shrimp). Was good but not fantastic!

Had Grub's Double Cheeseburger. It was pretty good! Fish burger was too salty though. Tar tar sauce was also wayyy too sour. Attentive staff, thumbs up!

The double cheeseburger was very filling... Husband couldn't down even ONE churro after that. The top dome has been removed in the pic. Maybe meat patty seasoning could be improved.

Juicy pork belly and decent churros (skip the sweet creme anglais), but ribeye had more gristle than flavor. No major issues with service on a packed Thursday night.

The churros supposedly a chef's recommendation... But I really dunno why all the hype... No fireworks... Rather eat it plain if I had to, the dips din do it for me either!!
