This 6 inch sandwich (also available in 12 inch) named for the Birmingham rugby team who makes their off the field home here at zydeco is made with our marinated steak grilled with cajun smoked sausage and onions then topped with cheese and served on a fresh hoagie roll and remember Saturday is a rugby day!
