If your flight gets cancelled avoid the queues and march to 1st and demand to get on the next flight with another airline... Seemed to work for me
On the tram between the gates and the terminal, LOOK OUT THE WINDOW. I won't ruin the surprise, but it makes a long flight worthwhile.

Mladen MarinovićFevereiro 3, 2013Don't use the Sony charging station for charging your phone. It messes up the PIN you enter. I got my phone back after 20 retries of the same PIN.
What a mess… Security takes over an hour, the boarding pass scanners are broken, and everything is stuck…
Terminal B has no Sprüngli shops so far. Be sure to get some early (turn left after the first boarding pass check).
Eat before you arrive. Not a lot of food options.
