Refurbished and reopened as of Sept '17. Best pool in town, with two olympic (50m) pools, a 33m and a 25m pool, both inside and outside (can be used in the winter). Also, an architectural masterpiece!
Very nicely refurbished spa with Turkish baths, thermal water and a swimming pool. Open until 4 on the weekends. Don't forget to try out the rooftop jacuzzi!
One of the nicest baths in Budapest, not too turisty but has plenty of attractions, hammam, thermal water pools, swimming pools, whirlpool. Open until 10pm.

Classic old-school wine bar, always packed, it's crowded and noisy but has a great terrace and service is good. Prices super cheap, wine decent, but stay away of the rosé.

Great hidden gem in the non-trendy part of the VIIIth. Definitely worth the trip, great eclectic deco, friendly bartender and surprisingly good choice of spirits. Very reasonably priced too!
Great authentic Italian, super fast and efficient service, great pasta. Nice terrace but expect to wait to be seated as they don't take reservations. Tiramisu a bit heavy, everything else very nice!

Excellent mezze restaurant, cosy atmosphere, friendly service. A bit smoky inside because of the open kitchen but worth it. Beetroot salad ans sautéed mushrooms are great!

Only checked the bar area which is nice, good lights, obviously good music (live) and open until 2 on weekends which is so rare in that neighbourhood. Food looked nice too.
the best new vawe coffeshop in Bp. far less pretentious then the other places, cool vibes and great music, everything is good, try the E.T. (espresso tonic) in summer and the brownie is to die for!
Great location for a glass (or three) of wine next to the entrance of a park. Excellent selection of quality wines and nice bar food too. Service a bit spaced out but efficient enough.

Decor a bit dodgy and loud party music but salmon sandwich was good and creative (it had orange slices and dill mayo in it). Excellent bread but impossible to eat without falling appart. Recomended.
The best lángos in Lehel piac, it's at the back of the market, opposite Erzsike's poultry stand. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Nice service, excellent lángos for less than 500 fts!
