Z Ocean is the best hotel for the over 40 age group! Must get the penthouse with private terrace, jacuzzi, deck. Love it.

If you can't afford the penthouse, get a king suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony. This is a very intimate and nice place. One block walk to the beach; perfect.
