Very good fried chicken, though not the best in the city. Go classic. Lather honey and hot sauce. Cornbread. Biscuits. Craft beers on tap. Surprisingly great cocktail menu.
The brunch is unreal, at recession level prices. Fried chicken biscuit sandwich with honey and hot sauce. Sausage gravy biscuit with eggs. And of course, chicken and waffles.
The happy hour deals were outstanding. Big prawns and fresh oysters for $1 a pop. Shopfront is small but food was great and our server was funny and awesome.

They serve fried chicken with lots of three different types of chilli powder, including one of the hottest on the planet. It has been drenched in buttermilk, though. The heat doesn't hit you quickly.

The buttermilk lemonade chicken & no that's not a typo, lol. They have their own homemade hot sauce which is a really good combination . The have a unique coleslaw which is fantastic
Best fried chicken in Manhattan. Go with a group and also try the smothered chicken and pork chops. All the sides are excellent, especially the greens. And don’t skip that cornbread!
