If you're a frequent visitor, park for free on 50th, near Woodland Park. It's a gravel lot, but has an easy path to South front entrance.
If you are a student, take advantage of the discounted annual pass.- The new cheetah exhibit is up and running. Pretty cool
Petting zoo runs from May through Sept starting at 11am. Kids love it!

The new meerkat enclosure makes me sad. It's so small and enclosed compared to other zoos
