The Columbia Gorge is one of the best summer Surf and Kite places in the world. Here is a list of a few launch sites for windsurfing, kite boarding, and good viewing.

Hood River is great for shopping, lunch breaks, and wine tasting! Every thing is walking distance. Wine tasting tours are available at the Inn of The White Salmon. Call 509-493-2335 to book a tour.
