Ian DeRanieriOutubro 22, 2010Don't ask the front desk to help you out with anything. It seems that outside of dishing out room keys and taking money, they can't be bothered. The girl was helpful though.
Thank you for the advice we have now put ice water at the Continental Breakfast.
