Comforting yet inventive food, relaxed atmosphere and great service. Get the tartar, sashimi or steak bowls, crispy shrimp tempura, uni ramen. Specials rotate regularly and are always a treat!
Lori LuoMarço 6, 2015Wasan offers up an excellent five-course menu at $55. Dishes like the the Spinach and Arugula salad with Duck and the Stone Grilled Sirloin Steak are superb. Don't leave with trying dessert.
I'm afraid to write a review for this spot-- because I'm afraid it'll get too busy! It's a must try if you like Japanese. Get the foie gras and Uni lover sushi-- every time.

David HuSetembro 28, 2014Their "late night ramen" is relatively cheap compared to their regular menu. Decent stuff and since it's open earlier (10-midnight fri/sat), you're not dealing with the drunken masses like at benkei.

Foie Gras rice and the open roll are great breaks from your everyday sushi. The sake selection is excellent too. Just ask Toshi.- Come here for neuvo japanese cuisine. Seasonal ingredients will keep you coming back. Love their food and sake.

Ask for the ramen, only available after 10p on Fri and Sat. It's as good as it gets.
Great food and rare sake w/ pleasant staffs. Uni lover is a signature dish.
If you leave Wasan without ordering the Uni Lover, you're failing at life.
