Try a wonderful drink here that me and my friends call the chai freeze!! It is a soy chai latte with protein powder and ice all blended together!!
If you have kids, the outdoor pool is terrific in the summer! Just be kind and don't take more chairs than you need.

The Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning class will kick your butt! (but in a good way)
Fridays do the Trina triple!!! Bosu, bodypump and quick ride starts at 945am great way to start the weekend- Check out the villa cafe.. I love the the breakfast wrap after a hard workout:-)
Lap pool my fav! Brrr! Warm up first on hot tub or steam room
