- LopiteauxAgosto 14, 2015Still my favourite Vietnamese in London. Best phos in town (try the Saigon Pho for ultimate more'ishness). Chilli squid and Vietnamese spring rolls are fantastic as well. BRING BACK THE PRAWN HEADS.
- Raquel de MenesesDezembro 5, 2015Anchovied chicken wings with honey glaze are AMAZING. Juicy, meaty, sticky, delicious! (Not an anchovy fan myself, I was happy the taste is not that strong.) Go for it!
- Adam FJulho 19, 2014A traditional take on Vietnamese cuisine. Must try the Catfish. Their signature dish is OK not as good as some of their other dishes. Service was spot on and quick. Make sure to book!
- The Express Lunch is very tasty, however I was hungry after having the vegetarian option. That spicy aubergine could do with a bit of rice.
- Cathy WangJulho 8, 2015Monkfish is to die for. Order the summer rolls to share for the table. Everyone gets to roll their own.
- Andreea NAgosto 10, 2014Spring rolls have this fantastic crunchy exterior and hidden menu gems like okra and aubergine curry are a treat.
- Ni LiJulho 14, 2023Love their bun hue(beef&pork) and the Omai sour plum drink(non-alcohol)is soooooooo good!
- Lê HoàngDezembro 6, 2015Heaven and Earth. Speciality from the highland that sky meets land. Bloody tasty (literally) 👍👍👍👍👍
- Gary SimmonsMaio 27, 2013Not the best but pretty reasonably priced. The mango lassi is great. Read our full review on Scoff London: http://scofflondon.com/restaurants/viet-grill-review-e2/
- Great Vietnamese style food. The pork butt is a highlight in the starters and Com Saigon is my favourite in the mains.
- Audrey BRUISSONNovembro 13, 2012Real good viet food! Make a reservation if you're a large table, otherwise it will be impossible to eat here without splitting your group.
- Ning YeNovembro 14, 2014Beef cheek pho. I like the cocktails here, tried viet royal and hoa hong, very easy going drinks
- Benni PrinzJunho 12, 2017The food was pretty good (we had the shared menu with Catfish, chicken, and steak) but the service was not great.
- TeeOutubro 19, 2014Pricier than the other Kingsland road establishments but justified by high quality food and nicer environment.
- Asitha RodrigoJaneiro 17, 2014The Bang Xeo is delicious but way bigger than a starter even though it is on the starter list.
- Kim PhamJulho 26, 2014"Trendy," but unauthentic Vietnamese food. Walk further down Kingsland for the real deal.
- Silvia FoxJunho 19, 2018The veggie pancake was awful, it was so thin that i couldn’t see it almost (9£ for it, crazy)plus too many spurts and 2 masrooms in total. The rest was good but the comunication with waiters was hard
- Alex TomlinsonOutubro 23, 2014Tasty Vietnamese. Probably not the best on kingsland road but a solid contender.
- AnneJaneiro 27, 2010Can't beat the Recession Set Meal (starter and main for £9.50). The chilli squid & Bun Cha Hanoi (barbecued pork marinated in lemongrass) are my faves.
- The diamond of the the Vietnamese restaurants in Kingsland Road. Try the Lobster Hum curry, Mekong Catfish. All fab
- Ollie CartwrightFevereiro 5, 2015Tasty food but we were very rudely rushed out of the restaurant almost before we had finished. You'd think a £40 spend would buy you more than 30 mins in a restaurant on a Wednesday. Go somewhere else
- We were told by Vietnamese friends that this was the best in the area and it is!
- Classic Phó soup is excellent despite its lack of tripe!
- Gloria ChanMaio 25, 2012Great food but servings of main portions are small. Noodles are a good size though! £34 per person between 3 of us.
- the monkfish as starter and the oven-baked mackerel as a shared main course is all you'll need. delicious food.
- Nicholas LativyOutubro 18, 2010Really cheap, excellent food and nice decor. Many of the starters are prepared at you table :)
- paris mcmahonJunho 25, 2010try cha ca la vong or cha la lot or Bo conh banh trang for starter - all delicious!
- Helen EvansJulho 26, 2011Spring rolls are good, no sure the evening food is worth the money- quite pricey!
