It all started right here in a food truck. Every Torchy's location is great, but there is something special about being where it all started. The queso is a little richer at this one!
No matter what you do- order your food for there. If you get it to go, they'll give you less. If you order to stay, they'll "hook you up" so much so that you'll have to use utensils to eat.
Queso was old & chips were stale and cost about $7! The place was packed w/single guys alone sporting the Unibomber fashion line & zz top beard- all reeked of BO. Deodorant ban in Austin? Creepy. No!
Not impressed by the Grande Burrito; too many flavors/sauces trying to compete with each other. Torchy's does tacos best. Try the Trailer Park, extra trashy!
