6th floor Craftsman Club. Runs about $150 a night but is well worth the add on. Small bites and drinks all day, as well as crafts and events for the kids. Plus your own concierge.
Check in queue can be massive, snaking all around the lobby. But fear not, they have 10+ desks & they get everything moving quickly. Also there's free water & cookies for the tired people waiting.
They offer story time near the beautiful lobby fireplace, as well as retro Disney cartoons for kids to watch in child-size rocking chairs in the lobby as well. Our kids LOVE it!
Stay on the concierge level. You're greeted at the valet by a cast member who takes you straight to your room. There's also a "concierge only" club with daily breakfast, cocktail hour and story time.
One of the more impressive hotel lobbies I've ever seen. Love the "California Craftsman" aesthetic. Make sure to hit up evening Story Time by the fireplace.
Besides the elevator in the main lobby, there is another elevator down the hall that exits between Storytellers Cafe & Napa Roseon the ground level. It's near the California Adventurepark entrance!
Very nice hotel. Direct access into Disney California Adventure. It's too expensive though. It's Disney so a lot of stuff is expensive but I'll be trying a different on site hotel next time.
Radiator Springs ride (Cars) is the star. Stay at a Disney hotel and ride it multiple times in the extra magic hour. Also grab a fast pass to meet Anna Elsa Olaf if Frozen is big for your kids
There's a soup called Seven Sins of the Sea, with all these different seafoods, and if you dine on it with champagne, it makes you forget that Napa Rose is located in Disney's Grand Californian HotelLeia mais
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I absolutely LOVED the world of color audio channel available in our room. The housekeeping staff was awesome too! ❤️💕
If you have never been, and they still have "themed, NOT YET RENOVATED ROOMS", we highly recommend you stay in one to experience the original art and character.
Our suite was gorgeous, clean and so spacious. I didn't much care for the service in the lounge downstairs or all the small children in the hot tub. However, the bell hops we're EXCEPTIONALLY awesome.
The staff was very thoughtful in giving us personalized service. Actually, the room that I am staying here was clean, comfortable, and cool. Even the amenities were nice and elegant to look at.
Extremely convenient (for visiting the park) and extremely full during high-season. We had to stay 4 adults in a twin queen room but it was surprisingly spacious. Clean. Friendly staff.
Disney Truly knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere!!! The Hotel & Spa are a must for all California travelers and locals. Great for Family's and Couples!!
Saucy is the best. He made the perfect wine recommendation for us (that knocked us on the floor for <$50) and every. single. bite. of food was phenomenal. Please splurge on the Mac N Cheese side.
If you have a season pass, valet park here! Whether you buy a glass of wine, an iced tea, an appetizer, entire meal, validation is free for 5 hours. Love the Awhanee Hotel influence.
Craving Starbucks? Take the hotel entrance into California Adventure & go left towards Soarin'. You'll soon find Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe on Buena Vista Street. Enjoy! Literally a 5 min walk :)
The Vintner's Table change every Friday. Try the amazing collection of starters to share! The portobello mushroom bisque is exquisite too! A tasty splurge just steps away from the park.
The 3rd floor is awesome if u need to "get away" from your room and don't want the crowd in the lobby (Like for studying or reading). There are chairs, desks, even a piano. Super cool.
You get in the park an hour early. I suggest grabbing something to eat at White Waterssnacks by the entrance. The waffles and French toast are awesome! As well as the pizza!
If you need to work while at Disneyland, lots of relatively quiet nooks and cubby holes, wi fi and electrical outlets...and you don't need to check in to use.
AL is the best server ever!!! Great with wine recommendations and makes sure you never wait longer than you should. I had the veal and it was to die for!!!!
"I recommend the Franziskaner Hefe-Weisses. It’s creamy and moderately thick… Napa Rose is known for its world classwine collection, so if you’re into wine, you might go that route." ~ Tom Bricker Leia mais
Beautiful hotel with easy access to the parks, but be warned that just becuase you book a king size bed does not mean you will get one. Rooms are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Leia mais
Ask for a room in the new wing facing the park. Great views of California Adventure. Amazing how they keep the park noise out but I can hear the guy in the next room snoring like he's in bed with me.
Make reservations for the Chef's Counter and let him choose what you eat. Get the wine pairing, and be prepared to have one of the top culinary experiences of your life.
