The rumors are true, it's actual Chicago deep dish, just in New York. Crust is heavenly dense, sauce is saucy, and the cheese.... it's all perfect. Order the largest size possible, lunch the next day.
The deep dish pizza here was very good! The price and size was great for sharing with a friend. Super authentic, super small NYC location but I would go here again and again. Great pizzadate spot
emmett and dylan represent chicago in the best way. the deep dish recipe has a perfect ratio of sour/wine sauce, just the right amount of cheese, & the crust is crunchy, not firm. i will be a regular
If you’re craving an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza in the middle of the city, this place is your go to! Combines the gooey goodness of a deep dish with New York’s famous dough.. heaven♥️
The only quality deepdish pizza you'll find in NYC. This place is legit. A medium is 6 slices, split between two you'll be full but it's well worth it.
Everything is great and I love the mozzarella sticks... home made and delicious! I ate them all before I took the pic... oops! You will have to try them yourself!
I don’t usually go for deep dish but I dug the pizza here even though it’s not what I consider pizza. Very cool spot that feels like it could be in a college town.
From a Chicago girl whose lived in NYC for 10 years, this was so necessary. Thank you Emmett for opening and for doing deep dish right. I could eat here every day.
Deep dish pizzası aşırı lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle yediğim en iyi pizzalardan biriydi. Yolunuz düşerse mutlaka uğrayın. Hatta özellikle yolunuzu düşürün. Yalnız rezervasyon yapmanızı öneriyorum.
Amazing! Emmett and Dylan couldn't have been more than gracious hosts. Although their specialty is Chicago styledeep dish, their own him crust was amazing. Happy it was beer and wine only.
Deep dish >> thin crust here. Thin crust isn't bad, but the deep dish kills it. If you want authentic, get spicy giardinera (pickledpepper and veggies) on it. Tiny dining area, so takeout or Caviar.
Hmm, being from Chicago, this is a hard one. The sauce is great, but the crust is too thick/hard and the toppings were sparse. New Yorkers, don't judge deep-dish pizza based on this place-mediocre.
Try Emmett’s new No-Ketchup-Allowed Chicago Dog! It's loaded with beef, chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, pickle spears, peppers, relish, celery salt, and mustard. Only $8.95 with fries. Leia mais
If you like deep dish, Emmett's will not disappoint. Crust is thick enough to hold up the delicious toppings, even if you save the leftovers for later.
Have had Emmett's and been transported, but have also had it and been disappointed by the crust. Regardless: I love deep dish. I will keep eating Emmett's pizza
You go to Emmett’s for a dense, pastry-crusted beast of a thing, with a blanket of stretchy cheese and a reservoir of zesty sauce. It requires 25 minutes to make from start to finish.
Deep-dish Chicago style (is it?) pizza is something you can eat three days at least. They say medium is 2-3 person portion, but I would say rather 4-5.
