"The name "National Harbor" is a bit of a misnomer... Nowhere near DC and there isn't much to do in or around this bio-dome hotel. It's actually probably cheaper to stay downtown too...."

"A rowdy dog doesn't mean the owner is a terrible person. Rescues sometimes have trouble socializing and some owners bring them to get them around other dogs. Be nice and understanding, please!"
