If you're visiting the Prague castle complex, you must not miss this interesting and historic street. These small houses were made for castle guards, and writer Franz Kafka also lived here in 1916.

Well-organized, interesting, beautiful&mysterious museum, it's worth visiting even if you didn't read Kafka, just for aesthetic pleasure. Don't forget to ask the lady on the entrance for a guidebook.
They let you into the building for free to experience the main hall in all its glory, definitely worth a trip inside. The entrance to the observation tower is to the right of the building.
Quite fascinating. Do read about the clock before you visit to appreciate the history and technology related to the clock. The oldest working astronomical clock. A sea of tourists always clicking it.

There is a reason why this is a MUST-SEE in Prague. Not just the castle itself but the whole sureounding area is really nice with very neat green areas and great scenic views from the balcony. 😊

Cakes look much better than they taste so I recommend drinking just a cup of coffee there to see amazing interiors and feel the atmosphere of this more than 100 yo place.
Since the 1980s it has been filled with John Lennon-inspired graffiti and pieces of lyrics from Beatles songs. In 1988, the wall was a source of irritation for the communist regime.
It used to be the best Thai place in Prague. I haven't been there for quite a while but will come back soon. Nice service and atmosphere!
If you feel like shopping but don't want to walk around in the cold and rain, come here. There are hundred of shops all indoors, and the top floor has some nice (but pricey) restaurants.
Great place for a cheap beer with scenic view of Prague. Can get full very fast when the weather is nice and you have to get your drinks from the beer stand yourself.
Amazing local dishes. The most recommended is the Roast beef with bread. It comes with a gravy sauce and a cranberry sauce on the side. Don't be afraid of the cranberry sauce, it's very good.

Small place in the center of Prague offering delicious home-made pasta with great wine and deserts. So cosy and friendly, perfect for lunch, romantic dinner or to get some Italian delicacies.
Do yourself a favor, and try U Tri Ruzi. Been coming here every time I visit Prague, they serve the best beer here in a very nice environment.
