Came here from Exhale. This is a gym experience Exhale is more of a Spa experience. Not sure about the classes. I have heard their tough.

mid-day is the best time to go. usually not as crowded and people are serious about working out, not socializing.
Jimi Lanham is an EXCELLENT personal trainer--I recommend him highly!
