If they have the setas special, get it - delicious: oyster mushroom "carpaccio" with almonds and a cheese that is similar to manchego.
When waiting for friends, order a rose (txakoli if available) and nibble on the blistered peppers. Absolutely delicious and totally beats staring at your watch!
