Sam HaveSippyAbril 2, 2012dirty. fees for fitness club, parking, etc. takes forever to get your car or a baggage cart (if at all)- as in over an hour. much is broken, most is dirty and outdated.

Avoid the employees. Most of them act like they don't want to be bothered dealing with people.
Horrible experience here. Room smelled moldy & no comforter on bed. Called down for blankets & they never brought them up to us. Terrible customer service.
