All rooms are oceanfront so the views are amazing. Our room was clean & comfortable. And the fried green tomatoes and perfectly boiled shrimp. And the house made potato chips are amazing.

Nicha GrubbsSetembro 14, 2017Horrible hotel, room was very bad, view as nice, they refused to return a portion of money for their nasty room which was overpriced, A/C did not work properly. It really a $50 room for $249.
Best hotel in Folly Beach! Plus it's pet friendly!!
AC is loud,annoying and needs replaced! Can't sleep because of it! Altogether hotel is crappy with bad service and gross rooms, the only thing good about it is the beach! Don't stay here!

- Small rooms and overpriced you'd be better off at motel 6
- Check out the New Year's Beach Bash. It is going to be a blast!
