Ferry ChahayaDezembro 31, 2014If you use google maps for driving directions, beware: coming from Hildago st., it'll tell you to turn on McClure which gets you past the lobby to check in. Go all the way to sage and then turn right
Awful customer service! Called ahead for feather free room due to allergies, not only was it not done, the guy they sent to fix it brought more feathers pillows...wow

Alicia PayneAbril 7, 2012I stayed on 7th floor and was not impressed. Loud traffic noise, room needs a thorough cleaning. Will not stay at this hotel again.
