A médiathèque with helpful staff. Take your time checking the useful facilities to learn the language both actively (speaking - writing) & passively (reading - listening). On Monday, it opens at 2pm.
The books are okay and the service is nice. Food? Not so much! It's good for book club meetings where the members can also enjoy free wi-fi, snacks and musics. For a quiet place to read? Go elsewhere!
Excellent service! If the book you want is available at the other branch, they'll get it for you - free of charge! You can wait there or at Casa restaurant upstairs. Lovely membership programs too!
One of the places to be 'lost in time' for bookworms and coffee lovers in Singapore! I love the coffee, lovely service, sofas, books and the cakes - in that order! Price is okay for a frequenter.
