The food is a little expensive but is a good standard..sandwiches with tankard of home made soup highly recommended! The Sun Café is the only good fine dining place - and the only nice restaurant - in Lancaster. Food is excellent but the menu is always the same. Try the salmon carpaccio and the asparagus tortelloni!

No Red on tap but the American Hop is a good alternative

- This is a nice pub for having a pint of nice, local beer. But the food is not really worth the money. It does not really taste of anything.
Fantastic breakfasts served until 11. A must!!
