Best workout ever! You see results so fast, it's amazing. The teachers are very helpful and caring. They really want to see you improve and get the body you always wanted. They even know you by name.
You can't go wrong with any of the trainers! They will all give you a killer workout!! Don't know how I survived before I found The Studio (MDR)!

Start with Mary! She is amazing and will get you prepared for everything. Throw in a little Lindsay and a little Jessi and after about 6 weeks you'll be ready for Ky.
Don't forget to bring your towel, wear deodorant & bring a water bottle & that there is free parking in the Latitude 33 building!
All the instructors are amazing! Ky is god. Lindsay plays some kick ass hip hop while kicking ur ass. Mary is fantastic. #majorwin
