Andy WolfeMarço 10, 2015The only person I ever saw smile in that hotel was the housekeeping lady and 3 out 5 nights I had to call the front desk because something wasn't working in my room. Not the grand lady anymore.

- Shalet VargheseNovembro 20, 2013Don't take any of the lower floors. Can't sleep with the noise from outside. I heard that top floors are remodeled. 5th floor rooms are old. Fries reported of bad smell in rooms.
Pace the Grand Ballroom and keep repeating "Greed is Good."
Some of the city's slowest elevators. Be prepared to wait, or take the stairs.
