TylerJunho 29, 2019Look, the place is stunning, artsy, and central. The staff is accommodating but the guests are NOT the priority, the special events are. If you came for the pool, get this: it shuts down after 2pm.

Patrick K.Julho 6, 2017The rooftop pool is more of a water feature, than a utility. 200 people on the rooftop during a 85 degree sunny July afternoon; 0 people in the pool. Why bother? Plank it over and add seating.
Nice and helpful staff, great location. Better not get a room on the top level because the rooftop bar above makes a lot of noise.

Great hotel, funky roof bar, happy staff. Building was designed as Condos so not enough lifts, check your bill for random $200 charges from Jimmy's roof bar

Jungeun KimAbril 28, 2012David Burke Kitchen has one of the best Mac&Cheeses in Manhattan. They charge extra 5 bucks for the room svc. (except for service charge) The location is ok but I may not come here again.
If you have prepaid your room, make sure they don't place an additional hold on your card for the full value of your stay!
