Please please PLEASE try not to bathe in perfume before coming to the gym. Breathing is an important part of working out, and a lungful of Fantasy by Britney Spears is sick-making. Save it for later.
The BodyPump classes are one of the best strength workouts I've done. Great for beginners and athletes.
ANY of the Body Step classes will challenge you physically, and they're a blast!
