The bartender was very nice and approachable. Just know the place is riddled with roaches.

Entry to the bar is 1000¥ which gets you 3 drink tickets you can use for drinks or food. This place was popping.
Met the owner on a weeknight. He was a pretty laid back dude. If you enjoy what you’re hearing do not hesitate to buy the DJ a drink of their choice. They play some smooth tunes.
