Gluten free is available and is delicious! I can have pancakes here with no fear! Brilliant!
Lots is Gluten Free options - waffles, pancakes, bread, etc! Wait staff was knowledgable too.

Maryfran BodickAgosto 8, 2020Eggs Benedict are okay but the muffins are burnt so ask for them lightly toasted- Their all you can eat salad bar has Hilton head's finest selection of fresh vegetables and salad dressings.
- Their famous skillet "true grits" have become a symbol of southern diet, customs, humor and hospitality.
The cologny skillet is great . It's a great breakfast restaurant

LouisAgosto 19, 2012Breakfast sucks. Not allergy friendly. They don't use real eggs and all plates with cheese use nacho cheese.
- Egg substitutes are available. Please ask your server.
- Joel WOutubro 10, 2011Bad service and worse food. Waffle was cold and couldn't even melt the butter. Chicken tenders were burned in old oil. Never saw the server again to do anything about it. Salad bar is very basic.
