I am vy dissatisfied with the room I gt.The carpet prob is as highlighted by many online. My bed sheet, pillow cases&comforter r obviously not changed as there r cologne smell&body hair on dem.

I got a nice room at L3.No smelly carpet.Nice bed even facing construction area..Wifi is good with full bar.. The only problem is parking area . Need to park at different building at level 2&3 only.

Nice hotel but you will need to drive or take a cab to get to places. No frills - expect 3 star but breakfast was quite decent. Nothing to complain for a room that price.

Friendly staffs esp front desk Malay guy. Room service no extra charge even for promo items! 👍🏼Room quality is decent but a lot more can be improved. Lobby was terribly hot - airconds not working

Room was nice.breakfast was decent.the only problem i got is the parking.too far,have to climb stairs some more.

We were given complimentary wifi access in our room without having to ask for it. Only setback, simultaneous device access isn't allowed, but hey it's free I ain't complaining. ;)

Worst hotel ever with worst and bad housekeeping service.everytime come here still same,must be something not satisfy with this hotel.rate quite expensive but service like 1STAR hotel.

So disappointed with this hotel after my last stay still using dorsett. Nw change to silka...check in, aircond leaking, shower also spoil, heater nt hot...wifi is so weak...
