Very nice place, staff us friendly and very helpful. First I got a room with some issues, the staff at the front desk changed me to another great room immediately. Location is good and I will be back.
Great pool and a hotel that thrives in its opulence. Great service . If you want to work out & didn't pack for it, they'll help you out at no charge by brining you clothes And running shoes to borrow

This is the only place I stay in San Jose. Great location. Great food options. Nice rooms. And Live entertainment weekly.

ᴡ NaimyAgosto 22, 2013Disappointed with the shower at the Fairmont my shower kept going cold on me and would not get hot? Other then that the room is nice and the bar downstairs is fun. Just cold showers suck.

KC DouglasOutubro 21, 2012Incredibly slow service. Checked bags at bell desk as we were early for check in. Once checked in, bags never came and I went down to get them myself. Called down for extra sheets/pillows. Never came.
