It is tender, seasoned just right and melts in your mouth...if made medium rare. Get the house tea, and sprinkle the powder on rice.

Make sure you ask for the secret homemade hot sauce for your koobideh.
Love the chicken kubideh but ask for a special side of their delish shirin polo which is rige with orange peals and pistachios.
