- James BrownNovembro 1, 2013Give it a few weeks/months from November 2013. Almost no smoke flavor to the brisket, and zero flavor to sausage. Sausage had no smoke and was super greasy. BBQ sauce was ok, but still mild.
- Don't sit outside. Smoke is real heavy and killer on the eyes.
