Pauline LalondrizFevereiro 24, 2013You can't beat this location. Steps to the warf, great restaurants and bars just blocks away, ghirardelli square is walking distance as well as cable car station. They charge for parking and wifi.

Suja RamachandranAgosto 29, 2012No concierge lounge. If you are Platinum, etc., ask for bfast vouchers (breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant). Parking is $40+. Go around the corner, pay for parking in a garage instead.

Get a room with a view of the courtyard for a nice quiet night of sleep. Great location to all the sights!
Cute little gym. They provide towels and headphones. And a tiny laundry facility.
Go eat at Hollywood cafe for breakfast it's a block away across from whole foods! It's delish!- Wonderful breakfast buffet. Expensive parking though, but it's Fisherman's Wharf.

Lezlie WhaleyAbril 2, 2013Very pricey for what you get. Rooms are on the verge of being shabby and the street noise is loud AM & PM. Not impressed at all.
The concierge knows absolutely nothing and is very rude. We actually went to the Sheraton down the street for some help.
