- Jessica PalladinoJaneiro 2, 2016Very fancy hotel with beautiful decor, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, spa, many restaurants & bars! The only bad thing is that they are affiliated with SeaWorld, so never staying again until those ties are cut!Voto a favor 2 semanas atrás
- Hotel has 3 pools excellent pools, conference rooms and food are very good to go with a very elegant clean look. Don't know that I'd vacation here but very good for large groups.
- Be prepared to be spoiled here. Hank Rosen, you are to be commended for the best staff training ever. Five Star treatment from everyone here. Beautiful resort. Spa morning!
- Terrence BonnerSetembro 25, 2015They have a lot of floors, long hallways, restaurants, pools, cool elevators to every hotel rooms, free transportation and much more. Thanks!Terrence Michael Bonner .
- Sean MillerAgosto 2, 2017Great hotel! Attended a conference here last week and really enjoyed it. Meeting space was great and the service was first class.
- Ask for a room on a high floor with a view. If possible get something closer to the elevators, otherwise plan on using your hike to the room as your daily work-out.
- Chris H.Setembro 13, 2013This is a massive hotel with plenty of space for that 2,500 person meeting and places to hide if you are a traveler of one. Multiple pools, places to eat and shops.
- Amanda PittOutubro 27, 2012The pools are not heated, the wifi is free, beds are sooo comfy, been here 2 nights and 3 days and have not payed to self park yet, and they only have basic freakn cable. Love the robes in the rooms!
- We chose to self park. Walk to the convention area and take the exit there, that's airconditioned all the way to the car. We never had to park further than 100yrds from the entrance.
- Cali DaySetembro 3, 2013Valet is $5 more & will save u tons of time. Free, fast wifi. Tip housekeeping daily to get extra amenities. The free shuttle to Universal leaves well after the park opens...easier to drive.
- Bearly A. BearDezembro 2, 2014One big plus is the service. We've had some hiccups with a large conference (breakfast buffet should be at least sort of warm; their computer systems are down) but everyone has been super helpful
- Maureen WilliamsonAgosto 19, 2019Everyone is incredibly helpful. I was in for a conference w/ over 4000 women. On my last day Ron at the buffet/cafe was exceptional. And they have gluten free desserts. Yay!
- Otel.comMaio 22, 2012You definitely won't go hungry with this hotel's numerous restaurants and lounges. Indulge in delicious steaks including the all natural prime black Angus beef at A Land Remembered.
- the http://RosenShingleCreek.com @ShingleCrkGolf - We found this Hotel years ago via @Pop_Warner & have come back year after year - its outstanding, better if you play Golf & best if you get a Suite
- Theron TrowbridgeOutubro 26, 2012Very nice resort, and got a great deal on Hotwire. Free wifi, friendly help. Why they charge for self park is a mystery, but valet is not much more money and is way more convenient anyway.
- Megan MastersJunho 18, 2017A perfectly nice hotel, however it's still in Orlando and it's much much too big.
- You can sign up for access to the concierge lounge on the 14th floor. Also rooms on floors 11 to 14 hour faster to access.
- Everybody seems to lives the beds, but we're no fans. Food price in the hotel is high, as to be expected. The Publix across the street has much more agreeable beer and snack prices.
- koni assfhjkAbril 6, 2015It's a wonderful facilitiy.It has 4 pools,hotub,arcade and wonderful varieties of restaurants
- Very beautiful and spacious hotel. Rooms are not a bad size, beautiful pools. Perfect destination for large conferences. The Mexican restaurant was the only disappointment
- Rachael JohnstonSetembro 9, 2012This hotel is gorgeous! The American Cancer Society Relay For Life Summit 2012 was great! Anyone's tip that says this place sucks, clearly doesn't know what good is. It's expensive... But worth it!
- Self-parking is $12 here, but the distance can be far. If you have the extra cash, get valet parking ($20) as they have a great crew and you can call from your room to have it bought to the front!
- Jacob MettsAbril 1, 2014If you can swing an extra $50 a day upgrade to Concierge Lounge. Ends up being more affordable with all you can drink beverages, continental breakfast, evening appetizers, turndown and desserts
- K ZNovembro 3, 2015For a pedicure, I recommend crossing the street and checking out spa nails & beyond. Cheaper than the hotel spa and nice people
- Aaron LambertAgosto 21, 2013Even the "new" internet access is slower than your Great-Aunt Muriel on her hoveround motorchair after her second glass of Lambrusco. Bring your own, or set your expectations very low.
- K ZNovembro 3, 2015Nice but a older hotel. Not very modern and 45 minutes away from downtown Orlando. Be sure to rent a car if you want to get around.
- Sasa RASetembro 15, 2013Love this hotel! Really sweet. First class and down to earth with an awesome staff. Definitely staying here again!
- The hospitality suites on the lower level have access to the pool area directly from the deck.
- When drinking alcohol here, be aware of additional charges automatically added for gratuities from the waitress staff. A $9 Piña Colada could run you $13. Remember there is a Publix across the street.
- GuyMaio 17, 2011Enjoy a drink at the bar, and take in the nice scenery in the shade. The bartenders are cool, and they are eager to make some conversation while hanging out.
- Steve WhiteMaio 6, 2013PGA golf course, very nice hotel and convention center and loaded with restaurants and bars indoor and outside.
- One of the best resorts in Orlando! Publix right across the street and a fantastic pizzeria NYPD Pizza for all your cravings. Pick up or have NYPD deliver at great prices!
- Merinópticos Cirugia LáserJaneiro 30, 2013Simplemente grandioso eficiente cálido Formidable servicio ideal para reuniones de negocios o convenciones
- KassandraSetembro 29, 2014Gorgeous hotel and their many restaurants make sure everyone is happy! Plus they have a great golf course and pools!
- GuyMaio 17, 2011The conference area is nice, however the fact that you have to pay for wireless is nuts, especially the price. The grounds are the best feature about this place, well maintained & exotic.
- Beautiful pools, cabanas. ...be sure to talk to the bartender about reserving a cabana....high dollar, but worth the prixe.
- Love the market on the lower level. They make some fantastic sandwiches. I recommend the Queens.
- The outdoor will close or stay open based on the volume of people coking to it! But you can smoke and drink!
- Carissa BealertAbril 22, 2012Amazing hotel. Eat at the Italian restaurant and Market st. Get the roasted Turkey. Beautiful grounds, comfy bed, love it.here!
- Angela HJulho 31, 2012Beautiful property and excellent service. Loved the pools. Will definitely return.
- Christopher MichaelNovembro 28, 2012Hotel is gorgeous w/ lots of amenities however, I agree w/ the other tips: internet sucks for service, WiFi is ridiculously expensive, no business center equipped w/ computers. Clean & friendly though
- Clean, affordable, comfortable, excellent brunch. I keep coming back here.
- Fantastic restaurants on site. Casa Bella is fantastic
- Boey TangSetembro 15, 2013Everything is perfect except the poor wifi connection and ud better have ur own transportation
- Tiffany HamiltonAgosto 14, 2013The spa is heavenly. Check out their specials. 80min massage is so worth it.
- Check out the Gingerbread houses on display create by the RSC chefs!
- Aaron LambertAgosto 21, 2013This place is trying way too hard to be Bellagio, but with a cheapness that ruins some important details. Ok for a conference, but move on if you want something special or a true luxury-resort.
