Katy JayneFevereiro 16, 2014My 2 favorite cardio machines are hard to find but they have them both here. Anything you would want in a gym they have here, hoops, pool, reformers anything and it's immaculate.

Make sure to check for the family night and special activities for kids. Freed dinner and movie happens often there.
The staff here is very friendly and service focused. Great place to stay.

This is a great hotel that makes it easy to stick to your fitness goals.
Get a berry smoothie w/ a Tbsp of PaleoGreens - adds 4 servings of veggies & doesn't make the smoothie taste bad!

Wifi in the rooms is terrible and practically unusable!
