Really nice location, cute and comfy interior, variety of cold brew and hot coffees plus toasts. The eggplant toast with feta and tomatoes was simple and delicious. Plus dogs can stay on a patio.

Avocado toast with truffle oil is... interesting? Also, I wouldn’t say this place is exactly cheap.
