The food is excellent and the service is typical Wynn / Encore top notch. Love the variety of dishes as well

I haven't ordered anything from Red 8 that was less than delicious. Wasabi shrimp sounded like it may not be my favorite, but it was excellent.
David MathewDezembro 9, 2012Food here was excellent as well as filling. Prices were very reasonable, well worth the meals we ordered. Cocktails were particularly good, highly recommend the tropical lemonade!
