They finally got real squat racks, which is great, but they only bought three. Most of the main floor is covered in borderline useless machines, and for some reason they keep it cold.
Opens at 5:45am M-F. It's nice to get in and get your workout done while you have your choice of machines and weights without any wait. Leia mais
Ask around. There is so much here that you wouldn't expect.- Members lounge on the second floor is a great place to study and sleep, it's never full and always relaxing!

If you're going to buy a drink, get it in the gym area, not from the cafe outside before you check in. Same price for so much less.
Go to the third floor by the racket ball courts and look down into cardio canyon you can see down all the girls shirts
If you don't want to go early in the morning to work out in some peace, usually between 3 and 5 are pretty mellow.
Try out the second floor lounge! Great place to relax!

I'm there everyday and I've never seen the mayor. Hmmm... "Checks in from home"
Don't forget a towel or you will have to rent one
The mayor of the rpac can only bench the bar. Fact!!!
Do not trust the vending machines. Notorious For stealing $. And you have to go all the way to the Union for a refund.
Go to the RPAC early in the morning...it's less crowded.
