Rosie ElizabethDezembro 29, 2014You can use your ticket to go during the day and then come back again at night to see the kiwi birds. A nice place to see some of New Zealand's native birds as well as feed the trout & see a tuatara

Rest your hand on the stone wall and stay very still - a curious kiwi may come over and sniff your hand with its beak!- Arrive early to avoid the queues for the Big Splash ride on the weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Park opens at 8am, Big Splash starts operating at 9am

- Katie ChalmersJunho 19, 2011Really lovely day out but they have ditched the animals and really are just a bird park, at $30 per adult, it's too much money.
The animals have moved to a new enclosure not gone altogether. Project Big Splash will add a completely new dimension to this business in early 2012. Follow http://projectbigsplash.com for updates
