Same as the spuds but topped with either smoked pork or smoked chicken.

North Louisiana gumbo full of chicken and andouille sausage (no seafood) .

Chips or fries covered with chili, cheese, black olives, jalapenos, tomatoes and your choice of beef, chicken, smoked pork, smoked chicken, shrimp or steak.

Crab Claws

A half pound served fried, sauteed or blackened.

Spud Skins

Topped with cheese, bacon, and scallions.

Made in house served with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.

The Big Salad

Iceberg and romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, croutons, and your choice of mushrooms, onions and olives, and your choice of chicken, pork, shrimp, or steak.

Rafters originally began as a BBQ joint back in 2001 and we've been serving the same great BBQ ever since!

Smoked Steaks

Rib-eye or NY Strip seasoned, slow smoked and hand cut served grilled or blackened.

Bbq Ribs

Seasoned, slow smoked and served with house made BBQ sauce.

Pulled Pork

Slow smoked boston butt, hand pulled and tossed in house made BBQ sauce.

Smoked Chicken

Half chicken, seasoned and slow smoked served with house made BBQ sauce.

Po Boys

We serve Po Boy style catfish, shrimp, steak, or shaved rib-eye (french dip) .
