Guests have free access to spa & sauna. Just wear the yukata in the rightmost top drawer and white slippers from the closet. Take the dedicated elevator to B1 at far end (the one that skips 1-3F).- If you’re travelling between cities, make use of the luggage shipping services, ask the Bell Captain for details, usually 1500 yen for a large suitcase
- Clean spacious rooms with large baths. Great location near the central Shinagwa station. Decent executive lounge. Not fancy but very good.
- Our second stay here, Love the Japanese garden. The room are spacious in Japan standard. The service is excellent.
