Mandy MooFevereiro 7, 2017Just checked in. Massively over rated AND hugely overpriced, definitely not coming back. Room tiny and noisy, rude reception & poor quality bedding. Can't find anything positive to say sorry 😐- Easy access to and from Museum station on the Airport Line.
Great Pool on Top floor with Amazing 360 degree views of Sydney!! Staff are Amazing, great size rooms with Excellent Views. Bar 36 on Ground floor is great for pre Drinks!!!

Called the lobby for some help with our tv and someone was up to assist us within 5 minutes. They were super friendly and very helpful.
T_dslFevereiro 21, 2013Australian electrical outlets differ from most.Dont forget to ask for an adapter from the concierge as they might run out.- The Exec Lounge is nice with great views and great drinks - just ask for Pol to mix you one!

Pol in the Executive Lounge and Odessa and Lorraine in the Restaurant make the stay extra special.

Room 805 is a shocker... I think the entire hotel's water system runs through its ceiling. Hotel staff seem uninterested in this issue - maybe they live in a public lab?- Get great Cosmos mixed by Pol in the Exec Lounge...
