- Can't go wrong with the regular noodles (traditional pad thai), but the wide noodles have enough surface area to get slightly toasted and crispy giving the dish a little extra in texture and flavor.
- For carry out, they wrap the noodles in a banana leaf & coated paper (think the way deli sandwiches are wrapped). So if you don't plan to eat the noodles right away, best to xfer to a diff container.
